Exploring gendered toys as a possible cause for violence against women, toys influencing children from a young age of what is expected from them. Girls toys were shown to promote physical attractiveness and nurturing skills whereas boys were violent and competitive.

This work was made in relation to FGM, a sex doll was used in relation to the numbness felt after the process research collated from victims, the sex doll can not feel as too the majority of those that have under gone FGM. The sex doll once inflated now deflated, linking to emotions of those that have undergone FGM.
